Join Michele Grzenda, Weston’s Conservation Administrator for a leisurely stroll of College Conservation Area. Meet at Burchard Park (269 Concord Road). We will meet by the gate. The walk will start at 9am, so please plan on getting there at least a few minutes before that if possible.
Michele will discuss the various stewardship activities that Conservation Commission is responsible for including invasive species identification, apple orchard management, and field edge preservation. Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, bug spray and sturdy shoes are strongly recommended. Trails are mostly flat but be prepared to step over rocks and roots along the way.
