Please join the WGC Provisionals for our first demonstration of theseason, "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts".
This exciting demonstration is based on the concept of Synergistic Design. Synergistic Design is a design consts of three or more units of plant materials, containers, and/or other components showing common characteristics designed to create an artistic whole. Unity is achieved by color, form, and repetition.
Mitzi Kiung and Cheryll-Anne Lane will provide demonstrations to illustrate this design concept in both modern and traditional forms. It is an interesting, fresh idea and a fun and creative way to create unique centerpieces and displays requiring minimal floral material. This will be the basis of the the first Wheatland Bowl competition which will be held in October.
